For the first four years of the conference, while in LA, we have visited one of the first wholly owned businesses purchased by Warren Buffett - Sees Candies. In 2007 attendees toured the local FlightSafety Center's $350 million in simulators used to train the pilots of NetJets.
In 2007 Six LA conference attendees (one from each continent) got the thrill of a lifetime with a rare and unique opportunity to fly a FlightSafety $15 million dollar level D flight simulator.
Australia and New Zealand Value Investor Conference ended their day long event with a Sydney Boatshare auction with the winners getting the opportunity to enjoy a day on the water in beautiful Sydney Harbour with walk on and walk off service.
